Remember Your Regular Chakra Tune-Up

TUNE-UP YOUR CHAKRAS REGULARLY
Stress and Negativity can lead to an imbalance in the body. Depending on the person, this negative energy can affect various parts of our body. Our chakras are energy centers in our body. The seven chakras cover specific areas and because they are of a vibrational nature, they respond to color and sound therapy. Each chakra vibrates at a specific sound frequency (i.e. music tone) and specific color. You can balance your chakra energy and tune up these energy centers by listening to their corresponding resonate tones and by visualizing their respective color.

Collaborate with Spirit to help you restore your chakras to their purest, peak state. Find a comfortable resting position. Remember to breathe slowly and calmly. As you begin to settle in a relaxed state, envision a white light surrounding you. If you have access to a musical instrument, you can being the balancing process by starting with the first chakra “C” and move up one octave through the 7 notes in the diatonic scale – C, D, E, F, G, A, B. An easy way to accomplish this without an instrument, is to sing a portion of the familiar song from The Sound of Music, DOH, RE, MI, FAH, SO, LA, TI, DOH. Take your time through each chakra. Even fast food takes time, so why rush your healing!

An ideal approach to integrate color therapy into your tune-up is simple staring at the corresponding color to the chakra you wish to balance. Your local office supply company should have paper in the primary and secondary colors – Red, Yellow, Blue and Orange, Green Purple. Tuning your chakras helps to clear blockages and circulate energy.
